When you send a property enquiry, we collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and any message you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in a general enquiry.
If you apply through our Careers pages, we also receive the information and documents you submit with your application.
How we use and store information
We use enquiries to respond to questions, discuss properties, arrange visits and follow up on your request. Job application information is used to review and respond to applications.
We keep enquiry records and correspondence so our team can respond and follow up. Access is restricted to authorised personnel who need the information for their work. Copies may also be held in email records and backups.

We use analytics services to understand website visits, pages viewed, referral sources and visitor interactions. These services use cookies or similar identifiers and processes technical information about visits. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some website features. Retention
We retain enquiry and correspondence records to support follow-up and record keeping. There is currently no fixed deletion period for enquiry records. Email and backup copies may remain after information is removed from the website.

Tell us the email address used and the approximate date of your enquiry so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
